Mote Ranch – a Deed Restricted Community of 777 single family homes in 9 contiguous neighborhoods located on the Braden River. Mote Ranch neighborhoods are: Arbor Lakes, Arbor Lakes Estates, Chaparral, Copper Ridge, Grand Point, Meadowlake, Misty Lake, Riverbend, and Riverpark. Community Recreational Center with pool, nature trail, private sitting dock and canoe/kayak launch along the river. We enjoy easy access to Sarasota/Manatee area beaches, golf courses, the airport and to downtown Sarasota and points along the greater Suncoast.
